1. Overview

The Suku Treasure Hunt (“Contest”) is an online puzzle-based game hosted by Suku (“Sponsor”) in which participants solve a series of interactive challenges distributed through social media and digital platforms. Participants will compete to uncover clues, solve puzzles, and earn rewards including NFTs and USDC.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of participation.

  • Possess a Twitter (X) account that is at least two (2) months old with at least 10 followers.

  • Follow @suku_world on Twitter.

  • Follow any partner account(s) specified by Suku during the Contest.

Employees of Suku (“Sponsor”) and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Contest Entities are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. Contest Duration

The Contest will run over multiple weeks during a time period determined and announced by Suku. The start and end dates will be communicated via official Suku channels, and may be adjusted at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The Contest includes a series of puzzles released on a flexible schedule. While the intention is to release one puzzle per week, puzzle release dates are not fixed and may vary based on event cadence, Sponsor discretion, or other logistical factors.

4. How to Participate

  • Puzzle Drops: Puzzles will be announced through official channels, primarily on Twitter. Each puzzle post will serve as the entry point for that round.

  • Clue Distribution: Clues may be shared across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. Some may be exclusive to holders of $SUKU tokens, Gravitals NFTs, or specific partner collections.

  • Entry Submission: To enter, participants must reply to the official puzzle post with the phrase “I FOUND THE SUKU TREASURE” after solving the challenge.

  • The first participant to submit a correct entry (determined by timestamp) will be declared the weekly winner. The next 99 participants (#2 to #100) will qualify for a Runners-Up raffle.

5. Prizes

Weekly Prizes:

  • Winner (1st correct reply): Receives an exclusive NFT containing clues for future puzzles or other in-game advantages.

  • Runners-Up (#2–#100): One Twitter user will be randomly selected from this group using a market-renowned Twitter picker platform to receive a USDC prize. Prize amounts may vary and will be determined by Suku for each round.

Final Puzzle Event:

  • Toward the end of the Contest, a final “Master Puzzle” may be released. Participants who collected multiple weekly NFTs may gain an advantage in solving it. Details and rewards for the final event will be announced near its release.

6. Wallet and Prize Delivery

  • All rewards will be distributed via Suku Wallet, available as a Chrome extension.

  • Prizes will typically be distributed within one week of verification, unless otherwise announced.

7. General Rules

  • One account per participant. Use of alternate or automated accounts (bots) is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

  • Participants must comply with all instructions and updates shared via Suku’s official communication channels.

8. Additional Terms

No Liability & Indemnification

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Suku, its affiliates, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any claims or damages arising from participation or prize use. You also agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any third-party claims resulting from your entry.

This includes—but is not limited to—adjustments made due to technical issues, participation levels, strategic considerations, or force majeure.

Suku reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, harassment, or actions that undermine the integrity of the Contest. The Contest may be suspended or canceled at any time due to external factors beyond Sponsor control.
