Suku Prediction Cup | Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Suku Prediction Cup (“Contest”) is a free-to-play community game hosted by Suku (“Sponsor”) where participants predict match outcomes for the Club World Cup 2025 Playoffs via polls on the official Suku Telegram group. Leaderboard points and USDC prizes will be distributed to winners.


2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

  • Possess a Telegram account.

  • Join the official Suku Telegram group.

Employees of Suku and its affiliates, prize vendors, and any persons involved in the design, execution, or administration of the Contest (“Contest Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members and household members of Contest Entities are also ineligible.


3. Contest Duration

The Suku Prediction Cup begins on June 28, 2025 and continues throughout the Club World Cup Playoff Phase. Polls for each match will be posted at least 24 hours before kickoff, and will close at the official match start time.


4. How to Participate

  1. Monitor the group for match prediction polls.

  2. Vote for the team you think will win the match.

  3. If the team you voted for wins:

    • You will be awarded leaderboard points.

    • You will be entered into a raffle for that match’s USDC prize pool.


5. Prizes

Leaderboard Prizes:

  • 🥇 1st Place → $400 USDC

  • 🥈 2nd Place → $250 USDC

  • 🥉 3rd Place → $100 USDC

Match Raffles:

  • After each match, a raffle will be conducted among all participants who voted for the correct team.

  • Winners will be selected using a random draw tool and rewarded in USDC.


6. Point System

Leaderboard points will be awarded to all correct voters per match. Points escalate as the tournament progresses:

  • Round of 16 → 3 points

  • Quarterfinals → 5 points

  • Semifinals → 8 points

  • Final → 10 points


7. Tie Resolution

In case of a tie on the final leaderboard, winners will be determined based on:

  1. Total number of correct predictions

  2. Number of matches participated in

  3. Random raffle between tied players


8. Wallet and Prize Delivery

USDC prizes will be delivered via Suku Wallet (available as a Chrome extension). Participants will be prompted to link their Telegram handle to their wallet address for proper prize delivery.


9. General Rules

  • One vote per person per match. Duplicate or bot entries may result in disqualification.

  • Users must vote before the poll closes (i.e., before the official match kickoff).

  • Leaderboard updates will be posted after each round via Suku’s official social channels.


10. Additional Terms

No Liability & Indemnification:

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Suku, its affiliates, and Contest Entities from liability arising from participation or prize receipt.

Limitations of Liability:

Suku is not responsible for technical failures, lost votes, or platform outages.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

Suku reserves the right to change rules, dates, prize amounts, or cancel the Contest at any time.

Disqualification:

Participants acting in bad faith or violating the rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Governing Law:

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Delaware law.


11. Support Channels

By participating, you agree to these Terms and to abide by all decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the Contest.
